Hayley designs and makes sculptures and hand thrown ceramics from her pottery studio on the Suffolk Coast. Hayley also offers pottery teaching.

Hayley was born in rural Dorset, where she first fell in love with the sea, coastal landscapes and the beauty and oddity of fossils and hagstones. Hayley worked in therapeutic services for children around the UK before settling in her beloved Suffolk Coast. Her professional life underpinned her curiosity around resilience and trauma which has influenced her designs. Having lived on nature reserves, Hayley enjoys spending time in the countryside observing wildlife and the patterns found in the natural world.

Hayley uses unusual combinations of bright and muted colours on stoneware clay. She produces beautiful and unusual garden sculptures, alongside hand crafted pieces of jewellery and individual homeware pieces.
